i am moving to florida on spouse visa, husband is citizen there..
i graduated in english language.
i am going to apply for NPTE, after going there.
do i need TOEFL? is it compulsary for applying lisence for florida?

I answered this on your other post, but when you say "spouse visa" do you mean an H4?
