Wanting to change from Pediatrics to Geriatrics

I am a licensed PT in TN with 30+ years of Pediatric experience. I am seeking a part-time position with a Geriatric Home Health agency but haven't attracted in takers. Probably because I only want part-time and also because of no specific geriatric practice.
I am wondering what the group would recommend for me to make myself more desirable in the geriatric population. I have to be part-time or PRN. Should I take some college classes, online classes or continuing education? Join the APTA for the Geriatric Group?
