physical therapy fees in NC

Hi I'm doing a project on starting a PT clinic. I can't find anything on typical fees for a PT session (not including insurance). I've gotten answers but they vary greatly and they are not near North Carolina (Chapel Hill). I was wondering if someone can help me with a baseline idea to start with because I'm totally lost. I need to set up a whole start-up budget as well as a long-term budget. No idea how to do this but I'm sure knowing the typical fees in or around NC would be a good starting point haha thanks!

Is this a student project?
It depends on what the visit consists of. If an initial evaluation or a recurring visit that will make a difference. If it is a cash paying pt that will differ from an insurance payment pt. I would say that an average payment for a initial eval would be about $120 and a recurring visit close to $85 -$90
