What are some example questions a PT would ask a patient about her home environment is she was learning to ambulate with a NWB RLE fracture? Thank you for your help!

To Start:
1. Do you live alone
2. What barriers do you have to get in/out of your house - steps, porches
3. Do you have stairs in your house and do you need to use them
4. Do you have railings on one or both sides of the stairs
5. are there any step ups or downs between rooms you occupy
6. Bathroom size and arrangement
7. Bed type, height,
8. Type of flooring throughout the house - carpet vs hardwood floors etc
9. any throw rugs
10. Shower type and set up
11. Hallways - width

That would be a good start
